Working together with our client’s ideas and vision we were able to add a rear extension and side double storey extension and create a modern twist to this traditional home, whilst retaining some of the original characteristics and features. The rear extension was designed to provide a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with bi-fold doors leading out to the garden. The side double storey extension was designed to provide an additional bedroom and ensuite on the first floor. The exterior of the house was also upgraded with new windows, electric garage door and new colours. The result was a stunning transformation of the property, creating a modern and contemporary home that our client was delighted with.
